This would be such a perfect Jazz Age Lawn Party dress!  Feather-weight, sheer cotton batiste with a boldly colorful floral print.  The shoulders are covered with a cape-like collar with yellow fringe on the front.  The drop waist is iconic of the era.  Diagonal ruffles accent the hips.  There is an attached back tie.  Semi-full skirt.  

NOTE:  This fun dress will require your favorite vintage slip.  Also, this dress slips on over the head with no back or side openings, so our measurements must be smaller than those of the dress.

Condition:  Overall excellent - very good.  There are a couple of small thinning spots at the v-neck where it appears a brooch was attached and slightly stretched out the fabric (see detail photo).  These could easily be covered with a brooch or worn AS IS.  Otherwise, the dress is in excellent condition.  Priced accordingly.
